Ability to use GPS ring fencing to set Project Location

Remote workers who are transient would benefit from this as it would allow the location on their devices to automatically change so they can sign in at a new location.

    One thing to remember is that with this option we might need to ensure a GPS lock before they can sign in to ensure their location is accurate and not cached from a previous position.

    This could be automatically detected based on the lat/lng already stored in the tblLocations.

    *We should also make the GPS position data in the portal mandatory and not 0,0.

    GPS ring fencing is available in Face Recognition.
