Utilise phones biometrics before signing in via use of their Face SDK's

This will allow authentication and verification of the Individual from their own device so then can sign in/out quickly. I would suggest then a secondary check could be a PIN.

    Biometrics are kept and owned on the Individuals device (GDPR) so can be removed at their discretion.
